Tubal’s Holiday Park training program will assist in building a learning culture by delivering nationally recognised qualifications to the management and staff of Holiday parks throughout Australia. All of the qualifications have been tailored to meet the requirements of the workplace, and many experienced managers and staff will have the opportunity to have this experience recognised through a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process. This process will significantly reduce the costs and time commitment of the candidates, and can be conducted remotely through the use of Tubal’s unique online Learning Management System.
New and existing staff will also have the opportunity to enrol in Workplace Traineeships, which will allow them to undertake their learning and assessment in the workplace, and online. This alleviates the need for them to attend classes, sit formal exams and write long essay assignments. These workplace traineeships can also attract federal government incentives of up to $4,000 per trainee.
