BIG4 Holiday Parks & Resorts qualifications
Tubal is proud to be the preferred training provider of BIG4 Holiday Parks Australia as part of the new ‘BIG4 Centre of Excellence’ which allows BIG4 Park owners, managers and staff to gain Nationally Recognised industry qualifications through workplace training and assessment.
The BIG4 training program will assist in building a learning culture by delivering nationally recognised qualifications to the management and staff of BIG4 parks. All of the qualifications have been tailored to meet BIG4 franchise standards and guidelines, and many of BIG4’s experienced managers and staff will have the opportunity to have this experience recognised through a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process. This process will significantly reduce the costs and time commitment of the candidates, and can be conducted remotely through the use of Tubal’s unique online Learning Management System.
New and existing staff will also have the opportunity to enrol in Workplace Traineeships, which will allow them to undertake their learning and assessment in the workplace, and online. This alleviates the need for them to attend classes, sit formal exams and write long essay assignments. These workplace traineeships can also attract federal government incentives of up to $4,000 per trainee.
