Tubal Rewards Program


Tubal has been providing training services throughout Western Australia since 1988, and during this time has developed many valuable relationships with businesses, business owners and managers that we would like to recognise and reward.

One of the ways we felt we could show our appreciation for clients that had frequently used Tubal’s training services over a period of time was to offer them a ‘Rewards Program’, which is aimed at reducing the cost of future training undertaken with Tubal.

 

How does the Rewards Program Work?


For Traineeships:

Commencing January 2016, Tubal will offer our clients’ rewards in the form of redeemable credits towards future training services* for every enrolment fee that is paid in advance of Tubal’s contracted arrangement and within the three (3) month period following the commencement of training.  These clients will receive one (1) x $200 credit voucher that can be used towards future Fee for Service training and assessment services of their choice.

We will contact these clients individually with a statement of their rewards account.

*Please note credits cannot be used towards enrolment fees for funded traineeships due to the Fees and Charges Policy of the Department of Training and Workforce Development.

 

Fee for Service Training:

Any company that has enrolled a staff member in a course that is charged as Fee for Service (FFS) will receive one (1) x $200 credit towards a second future FFS training and assessment services of their choice.

Tubal has looked back over our enrolment records for 2015 and decided to reward our clients that have enrolled staff in FFS Courses with us since January 1 2015.  We will contact these clients shortly with a statement of their rewards account.

How the rewards can be used (Example only)

Ray Smith owns a business that enrols 5 staff members on funded traineeships with Tubal and pays the invoiced enrolment fees within the first 3 months of commencement of each trainee.

Ray has also enrolled 3 trainees with Tubal during 2015 and paid the enrolment fees for each of these by the due date of these individual invoices. Ray would receive the following reward credits from Tubal:

Ray can now use these reward credits towards the cost of a qualification for himself, or his staff member(s) that he wishes put through a training course with Tubal. For example:

Terms and Conditions

  • Credits issued for enrolments in full qualification courses at Certificate II, III, IV or Diploma level.
  • Applies only to courses paid for by a company within the prescribed invoice payment period.
  • Credits not redeemable for Traineeship enrolment fees.
  • Credits are not transferable to other parties including family members.
  • Tubal Payment Plan clients are not eligible for the rewards program.
  • Individual Credit Rewards vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
