More than 90% of the workplace trainees and learners that enrol with Tubal complete their qualifications or courses according to 2014 and 2015 statistics.
At Tubal, we are extremely proud to boast that over 90% of the learners that enrol in qualifications, traineeships and short courses with us will go on to complete and be awarded their Nationally Recognised qualification or statement of attainment. This number is significantly higher than the national average of 57.6% for non-trade based traineeships
Our students tell us that the practical workplace component of our courses is both rewarding and attractive for them as they are not required to sit in classrooms, write long meaningless assignments, or flick through thick and complicated workbooks. They get nationally recognised qualifications whilst doing their job and getting paid for it.
Our business owners and managers tell us that being able to tailor the training and assessment to tasks that are applicable to the job role of the staff member is invaluable for them. They get qualified and motivated staff who become valuable members of their workplace team.
With flexible course length and delivery methods, a unique online Learning Management System to track progress and access any resources required for learning, and one-on-one support from a dedicated trainer and assessor with real-life industry experience – it’s no wonder why more Tubal students are completing their courses.
